Rollover wreck leads to drug bust | Crime

San Juan County Sheriff's deputies found 19 bags of marijuana totaling 3 ounces and packaged in various sizes after a driver lost control and rolled a vehicle on state highway 516.
The Farmington Daily Times says deputies believe 26-year-old Jayson Joe was intoxicated at the time of the crash Wednesday evening.
Sheriff's Lt. Dwayne Faverino says deputies smelled alcohol when they approached the vehicle.
Joe was taken to San Juan Regional Medical Center to be treated for injuries and was later released to authorities.
Witnesses at the scene told deputies Joe was driving at a high rate of speed and passing cars.
No other cars were involved in the crash.
Joe has been booked at the San Juan County Detention Center and is facing charges several charges including possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, DWI (4th offense), possession of drug paraphernalia and reckless driving.
